  1.     You can divide your electronic catalog into categories.  
  2. To enter the categories select Categories from the Catalog pulldown

  4. menu.  You can enter the information into the pop up editor.

  6. A computer distributer might have the following categories :

  14. Monitors

  16. Software : Operating Systems

  21.     Categories may be deleted by calling the Catalog\Categories 
  22. popup editor and physically deleting that category.  You may also 
  23. add new categories at any time.
